¶1Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. Issue a suitable direction to the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Court No.15, Sultanpur to decide the application under Order 01 Rule 10 of CPC moved in Original Suit No.864 of 2022 "Khursheed Ajeej Vs. Gufran Ahmad" pending before him, expeditiously within stipulated period as early as possible, as contained in Annexure No.4 to this petition, in the interest of justice."

¶2Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the Court concerned to decide the application with all expedition, preferably within three months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
