The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding to the respondent no. 1 & 2 for adopt the proceeding U/S-67 UP revenue code as well as conclude the proceeding within prescribed time 90 days under Rule 67(1) of UP revenue rules against the O.P. no. 3 for removal of illegal encroachment over the reserve Chak Marg Land Gatta no-67 and gatta no68 as recorded public Nali and Gatta no.59,60,61 Naveen Parti reserve land in revenue record as situated at Village-Mdhupur, P.S.-Amethi, Tahsil-Amethi District-Amethi. as contained (Annexure No.184) to this petition." Learned Standing Counsel has stated that the proceedings in issue have already been initiated. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the opposite party No.3 to conclude the proceedings in issue expeditiously, in accordance with law.
