¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue an order or direction to the opposite party no. 2, the State Public Services Tribunal, U.P. Lucknow to decide the claim petition no. 2589/2021; Har Dayal Ahirwar Versus State of U.P. expeditiously on the priority basis, in the interest of justice."

¶3Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the claim petition. In case, such an application is filed within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law.
