The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "To, issue a Direction to the Respondent No. 1/ Civil Judge (J.D.), Court No. 15, District - Sultanpur to decide the Suit for Permanent Injunction vide Original Suit No. 1296 of 2020 dated 05.10.2020(Annexure No. 1), Ram Nayan vs. Lalji and another, before him since 01.02.2023, at an early date after hearing the parties concerned, in a given time frame fixed by this Hon'ble court." Considering the aforesaid prayer, this petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an application for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid suit. In case, such application is filed, the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid suit of the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
