The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "To direct the opposite party No. 1, Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sultanpur to decide the suit for specific performance, bearing Suit No. 1148/2021, Dolly Baranwal Vs. Saroja Devi; pending since 18.03.2021 expeditiously as early as possible within a stipulated period as this Hon'ble Court deem just and proper." Considering the aforesaid prayer, this petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an application for expeditious disposal of the case before the competent authority/ court.
