The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Wherefore, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to direct to the the Learned Civil Judge (S.D) Court Room no-15 District Sultanpur to decide the Original Suit no. 639/ 2019 (Jairam and others versus Ramharsh and another), which is pending since 2019, as expeditious as possible or within a period as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and even the written statement has not been filed, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an application under Order 8 Rules 10 of C.P.C. before the trial court and in case such application is filed, the same shall be decided in accordance with law, without giving unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties, within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
