¶2None present for the petitioner.

¶3Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.3 to 5 and 7 states that they have filed counter affidavits denying the assertions made in the writ petition.

¶4As none is present to contest the stand taken by the respondents in the counter affidavits, therefore, we are not inclined to proceed any further in the instant matter.
