¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

¶2The present application has been filed by the applicant to direct learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.)/F.T.C. (Offences against Women), Lakhimpur Kheri to decide the Criminal Case No.2342 of 2020 "Smt. Komal Mishra Versus Animesh Mishra and Others", under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, police station Kotwali Sadar, district Lakhimpur Kheri pending before him, expeditiously.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only prayer of the applicant is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.

¶4Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant.

¶5In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct the Civil Judge (Jr. Div.)/F.T.C. (Offences against Women), Lakhimpur Kheri to decide the Criminal Case No.2342 of 2020 "Smt. Komal Mishra Versus Animesh Mishra and Others" pending before him, expeditiously, in accordance with law, after giving adequate opportunities to both the parties preferably, within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, if there is no legal impediment.
