¶1The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondents to get the pasture land vacated from unauthorized occupants.

¶2In the counter affidavit, the stand taken is that proceedings have already been instituted against the illegal occupants under section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶3Since the respondents have already initiated proceedings for dispossession of illegal occupants, the petition is disposed of by providing that the said proceedings be taken to its logical conclusion, expeditiously. .
