¶1The petitioner has sought quashing of a decision dated

16.09.2015 taken by Managing Director, U.P. State Bridge Corporation Limited, Lucknow by which construction of certain bridge was transferred to Unit-2.

¶2None present for the petitioner, even, in the revised call.

¶3Learned State counsel submits that the prayer made has become infructuous as the bridge in question has already been constructed by the Bridge Corporation Unit, Faizabad.
