¶1The petitioner has challenged the order of Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority dated 27.12.2023 deciding a reference under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

¶2The said decision is subject to challenge in appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and Section 74 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner, consequently, prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same by filing appeal.

¶4Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
