¶1None is present to press this petition.

¶2A perusal of order sheet reveals that the case was dismissed in default on 01.04.2022. Thereafter, it was got restored subject to deposit of Rs. 1,000/- as cost. On 22.08.2022, the matter was adjourned but it was specifically noted in the order that the case would not be adjourned in future.
