¶1The instant PIL has been filed seeking a direction for establishment of Gram Nyayalaya in Tehsil Sandila, District Hardoi in pursuance of Government Notifications dated

17.02.2014 and 23.05.2014.

¶2Sri Gaurav Mehrotra, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 5 states that Gram Nyayalaya has already been established at Tehsil Sandila, District Hardoi, which is not disputed by Sri Farooq Ahmad, learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶3Consequently, the cause does not survive.
