¶1The instant petition, purportedly filed in public interest, seeks direction for shifting of District Forum, Lucknow to a new location.

¶2According to the petitioner, the present site at which the Forum is located is not easily accessible to the litigants.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the Forum, in respect of which complaint was made, has since been shifted to another site.

¶4Consequently, the petition is disposed of as infructuous. If any other grievance is there, it shall be open to the petitioner to file fresh petition.
