¶1The matter is taken up in revised call. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not present.

¶2Shri Shailendra Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for respondent No.3 and Shri Namit Sharma, learned counsel for respondent No.4 are present.

¶3The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondents to shift the factories/godowns situated at Mohalla Maharaja Agrasen Nagar, near Tadikhana, Sitapur Road, Lucknow from Abadi area to a place outside the city.

¶4A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent No.3 stating that the godowns were in existence much before Priyadarshini Housing Scheme Sitapur Road of Lucknow Development Authority came in existence.
