14.11.2014 to enable the petitioner to disclose his credentials and an affidavit has been filed by the petitioner on 19.12.2014 in which also disclosures as required to be made under Chapter XXII Rule 1(3-A) of the Rules of the Court has not been made. There is also no one present on behalf of petitioner to press the petition.
