¶1The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondents to establish additional CNG pumps keeping in mind the growing number of CNG vehicles.

¶2Learned State Counsel submits that remedial steps are already underway.

¶3As none is present to dispute the submission of counsel for the respondents, therefore, we are not inclined to proceed any further in the instant matter.
