By way of this application, the petitioner is seeking impleadment of one Upen Engti, Assistant Inspector of Excise M/s Dynasty Bonded Warehouse Private Limited, Nagaon, Morigaon, Assam as an arrayed party respondent. It appears that while filing the WP(C) No.5318/2024, the constable Upen Engti inadvertently was left out from being arrayed as a party respondent no. 5. It further appears that when the matter was moved on

23.10.2024, this Court allowed the learned counsel for the petitioner to implead the said constable, i.e. Upen Engti as a party respondent in the accompanying writ petition. In view of the aforesaid, it appears that the presence of the proposed respondent no. 5 is necessary for effective adjudication of the writ petition. Accordingly, the said constable, i.e. Upen Engti is impleaded as Page No.# 3/3 party respondent no. 5. The impleadment application stands allowed.
