Mr. T. Deuri, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that taking into account the contract work is still ongoing, he would not like to press the instant writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioners however submits that the petitioners should not be prejudiced on account of the withdrawal of the writ petition. In addition to that, he submits that if the petitioners remain aggrieved after completion of the work on account of the non-payment, the withdrawal of the instant writ petition should not preclude the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum including this Court.

¶2Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal. Page No.# 3/3

¶3Liberty is however granted to the petitioners to approach this Court if the petitioners are aggrieved after completion of the project in question on account of non-payment of the dues.
