20/11/2024 Heard Mr. M Dasgupta, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State.

¶2The petitioner, namely, Amir Hussain, has filed this application under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking pre-arrest bail apprehending his arrest in Bokakhat P.S. Case No. 46/2024 registered under Section 365 IPC corresponding to G.R. No. 55/2024. Page No.# 2/2

¶3The Court by order dated 28.06.2024 granted interim bail to the petitioner, named above, in said Bokakhat P.S. Case No. 46/2024.

¶4During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted charge-sheet in said Bokakhat P.S. Case No. 46/2024 vide Charge-Sheet No. 65/2024 dated

30.08.2024.

¶5In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Bokakhat P.S. Case No. 46/2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 55/2024 on or before 29.11.2024.

¶6Till then (i.e., 29.11.2024), the petitioner shall remain on interim bail granted to him earlier on 28.06.2024 in said Bokakhat P.S. Case No. 46/2024.

¶7With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of.
