I H Laskar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. S H Bora, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, for the State. 2) By this application filed under Section 483 BNSS, 2023, the petitioner, namely, Somej Ali @Samad Ali, Son of Late Jintullah, is praying for his bail in Sessions Case No. 169/2024, arising out of Kachumara Police Station Case No.17/2024, registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the IPC, wherein, he was arrested on 11.06.2024 and is in custody since then. 3) On instruction of the petitioner, Md. I H Laskar, learned counsel for the petitioner, is not pressing this bail application, to which, Ms. S H Bora, learned APP, Assam has no objection. 4) Accordingly, this bail application being not pressed, stands dismissed.
