Heard Mr. B Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State respondent. This application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the petitioners, namely, (1) Md. Rakibul Islam, (2) Rakibul Rahman, (3) Babu Islam and (4) Mokhsidul Islam, seeking bail in Langting P.S. Case No. 09/2024 registered under Section 21(b)/29 of NDPS Act corresponding to G.R. No. 146/2024, wherein they were arrested on

04.09.2024 and are in custody since then. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instructions submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted charge-sheet in the said Langting P.S. Case No. 09/2024 vide Charge-Sheet No. 09/2024 dated 26.10.2024. In view of the above, the petitioners may approach the appropriate forum for their regular bail in said Langting P.S. Case No. 09/2024. With the above observation and direction, this bail application stands disposed of.
