Ms. G. Goswami, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would not like to press the instant writ petition instead would file appropriate application before the Appellate Authority seeking interim orders pending the appeal.

¶2Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal.

¶3The withdrawal of the instant writ petition shall not affect the Page No.# 3/3 Petitioner's right to file application before the Appellate Authority and shall also not prejudice the Petitioner in the application so filed before the Appellate Authority.

¶4Interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
