Heard Mr. N. Dhar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. D. Upamanya, learned Standing Counsel, Higher Education Department has furnished a Speaking Order dated 02.11.2024, issued by the Director of Page No.# 2/2 Higher Education, Assam, wherein it is stated that as the petitioner did not had NET/SLET at the time of interview she could not pass the interview and accordingly the petition of the petitioner has been rejected. On perusal of the Speaking Order dated 02.11.2024, this Court of the considered opinion that the substantial compliance has been made by the respondents. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. The Speaking Order dated 02.11.2024 is placed on record.
