¶2By this application, the applicant, who is the petitioner No.1 in WP(C) No. 3626/2024 (Anjali Gogoi), is praying for a direction enabling her to submit the certified true copy of the Order dated 09.09.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 3626/2024, before the Deputy Inspector of Schools, North Lakhimpur. It is the case of the applicant that the applicant is working as an Assistant Teacher under the Office of the Deputy Inspector of Schools, North Lakhimpur, who will verify the appointment of the applicant as a Stipendiary Teacher. However, the applicant had inadvertently failed to make the Office of the Deputy Inspector of Schools, North Lakhimpur as a party-respondent in WP(C) No. 3626/2024 and as a result, the certified true copy of the Order dated 09.09.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 3626/2024 cannot be submitted before the Deputy Inspector of Schools, North Lakhimpur.

¶3Learned counsel for the opposite parties have no objections.

¶4This Court, after hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, accordingly directs the applicant/petitioner No. 1 in WP(C) No. 3626/2024 to furnish a certified true copy of the Order dated 09.09.2024 passed in WP(C) No. 3626/2024 before the Deputy Inspector of Schools, North Lakhimpur for verification of the documents of the petitioner as Stipendiary Teacher.
