ORDER 03-12-2024 Heard Mr. S. Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State.

¶2The petitioners, namely, (1) Aklima Khatun @ Aklima Bibi @ Alima Bibi, wife of Sirajul Hoque, resident of Bisondoi Part-I, P.S.-Golakganj, District-Dhubri and

(2) Anjuma Khatun @ Anju Khatun @ Anjuma Bibi, wife of Nazir Hussain, resident of Village-Dumardaha Part-III, Police Station-Gouripur, District-Dhubri have filed this application under Section 482 BNSS seeking pre-arrest bail in P.R.C. Case No. 1060/2023 arising out of Golokganj Police Station Case No. 442/2018 under Section 304(B)/34 IPC.

¶3On instruction of the petitioners, Mr. Rahman, learned counsel is not pressing this pre-arrest bail application, stating that the petitioners shall approach the appropriate forum seeking necessary relief, to which Mr. B. Sarma, learned Addl. PP, Assam has no objection.

¶4Accordingly, this pre-arrest bail application stands dismissed, as not pressed.
