04.12.2024 Heard Mr. K N Choudhury, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. S Sarmah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2) The Court by order dated 25.10.2024 called for the case diary pertaining to Diphu Police Station Case No.81/2024, registered under Section 85 BNS, 2023, corresponding to G.R. No. 238/2024 and granted interim bail to the petitioner, namely, Sri Aniruddha Kumar @Sri Aniruddha Kumar Yadav, son of Ram Jiyawan Yadav, in said Diphu P.S. Case No. 81/2024, which is in force till date, i.e., 04.12.2024. 3) During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on the instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case submitted charge-sheet in said Diphu P.S. Case No. 81/2024 on

31.10.2024 vide charge-sheet No. 46/2024. 4) As such, the petitioner, named above, is directed to approach the appropriate forum on or before 11.12.2024 for his regular bail in said Diphu P.S. Case No. 81/2024, corresponding to G.R. No. 238/2024. 5) For the said purpose, interim bail granted to the petitioner earlier on 25.10.2024 in said Diphu P.S. Case No. 81/2024 is extended up to 11.12.2024 only. 6) With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands closed.
