Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent. The application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, Page No.# 2/2 1973 for quashment of Gorchuk P.S. Case No. 397/2015 registered under Section 120B/420 of IPC. Mr. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent on instruction received from the concerned I.O. submits that the investigation has in the meantime completed by the Investigating Officer and submitted Final Report being F.R. No. 313/2015 dated 31.10.2015. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present criminal petition. Accordingly, same stands closed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
