ORDER 16-12-2024 Heard Mr. M. U. Mahmud, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the respondent No.1. Also heard Mr. S. Das, learned Amicus Curiae for the informant/respondent No.2.

¶2After hearing the parties, by order dated 11.12.2024, the Court fixed the matter on 21.01.2025 and directed the Registry to obtain the legible scanned copy of the records of Special (POCSO) Case No. 110/2024 arising out of Morigaon P.S. Case No. 195/2024 upto 10.01.2025.

¶3On 13.12.2024, the matter was mentioned again and has been listed today for withdrawal.

¶4On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. M. U. Mahmud, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application, to which, Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the respondent No.1 as well as Mr. S. Das, learned Amicus Curiae for the informant/respondent No.2 have no objection.

¶5Prayer is allowed.

¶6Accordingly, this bail application stands dismissed, on withdrawal.
