16.12.2024 Heard Mr. R A Mazumder, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K K Parashar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2) By this application filed under Section 482 BNSS, 2023, the petitioner, namely, Sahidur Rahman Laskar, son of Abdul Sukkur Laskar, resident of village Karoikandi Part-II, Police Station-Katigorah, District-Cachar, has prayed for his pre-arrest bail in Vigilance Police Station Case No. 01/2024 registered under Sections 120(B)/420/468/471/406/409 of the IPC read with Page No.# 2/2 Section 13(1)(a)/13(2) of the P.C. Act. 3) On instruction of the petitioner, his counsel Mr. R A Mazumder is not pressing this pre-arrest bail application filed by the petitioner in Vigilance Police Station Case No. 01/2024, to which Mr. K K Parashar, learned APP, Assam has no objection. 4) Accordingly, this pre-arrest bail application of the petitioner, being not pressed, stands dismissed.
