ORDER Date : 17.12.2024

¶1Heard Mr. R.I. Bhuyan, learned counsel for the applicants.

Also heard Ms. H. Terangpee, learned standing counsel, Secondary Education Department, for the opposite party Nos. 1, 2 & 3.

¶2By this application, the applicants, who are the writ petitioners in WP(C) No. Page No.# 2/2 4002/2024, are praying for deletion of the respondent Nos. 4 to 10 in WP(C) No. 4002/2024 on the ground that the applicants as writ petitioners had filed the said writ petition to appoint them as Headmasters in the respective schools considering the seniority and length of service.
