20.12.2024 Heard Mr. A W Aman, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2) The petitioner, namely, Bosiran Bibi @ Mosiron Bibi, wife of Nazol Uddin, resident of village Sukhatikhata, P.S.-Gauripur, District-Dhubri has filed this application on 09.12.2024 under Section 483 BNSS, 2023, praying for her bail in Gauripur Police Station Case No. 294/2024, registered under Sections 61(2)/103(1) BNS, 2023, wherein, she was arrested on 22.09.2024 and is in custody since then. 3) On instruction of the petitioner, her counsel Mr. A W Aman is not pressing this bail application filed by the petitioner in Gauripur P.S. Case No. 294/2024, to which Mr. B Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has no objection. 4) Accordingly, this bail application, being withdrawn, stands dismissed.
