ORDER The petitioner seeks a direction to the fourth respondent to issue work site inspection certificate and working condition of the plants and machineries certificate to the petitioner in respect of the Tender Notice No.20/ HDO/ NH/ 2025-26/ dated 03.12.2025 with regard to S.No.2 of the work is concerned and consequently direct the third respondent to accept the Tender Application and to evaluate the same.

¶2Today, when the matter was taken up, Ms.P.Aiswarya. learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice for Respondents 1 to 4, submitted, on instructions, that the application of the petitioner will be processed and Worksite Inspection and Plant and Machineries Certificates will be issued on or before 29.12.2025.

¶3In view of the fact that the tender condition stipulates that documents should be uploaded on or before 30.12.2025, the respondents are directed to issue Worksite Inspection and Plant and Machineries Certificates on or before 29.12.2025. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
