¶1At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that at present the civil suit pending before the learned trial Court has been dismissed for want of prosecution on 18.09.2026, and therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition at this stage with liberty to revive the same if occasion so arises.

¶2On the request made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.
