CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER Learned High Court Government Pleader takes notice for all the respondents.

¶2It is the contention of the petitioner that the petitioner's father, late Sri.Huliappa had filed an application in Form No.50 in the year 1991 seeking regularisation of unauthorised occupation of 2 acres of land in Sy.No.304 of Hosuru Village, Bidadi Hobli, Ramanagara Taluk and District and the committee had passed a resolution on 21.06.1994 in proceedings L.N.D.C.R. No.120/91-92 resolving to grant the said lands in favour of the petitioner's father. Thereafter an official memorandum was issued by the Tahsildar on

30.07.1994 confirming the grant made in favour of the petitioner's father. It is also the contention of the petitioner that the petitioner's father has paid the T.T.fine and kimmat. However, Saguvali Chit was not issued in favour of the petitioner's father and his name was not entered in the revenue records. Therefore the prayer in the petition is to issue necessary directions to the respondent - Tahsildar to issue

Saguvali Chit and enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records, as the petitioner is the only legal heir left behind by Sri.Huliappa.

¶3The writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 – Tahsildar, Ramanagara Taluk to consider the representations given by the petitioner at Annexure-A dated 06.12.2025, verify the records and find out whether grant was made in favour of Sri.Huliappa. If it is found that the Committee had in fact regularised the land in favour of Sri.Huliappa the Tahsildar shall proceed to pass necessary orders issuing saguvali chit, collect kimmath and enter the name of Sri.Huliappa in the land records pursuant to issuance of the saguvali chit in accordance with law. Thereafter the Tahsildar shall find out who are the legal heirs of Sri.Huliappa and proceed to enter their names after satisfying in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of

three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. Learned High Court Government Pleader is granted four weeks time to file his memo of appearance. Sd/- (R DEVDAS) JUDGE GPG List No.: 1 Sl No.: 43
