¶3The brief facts giving rise to the present petition are as under: The petitioner is the father of respondent No.3, who initiated proceedings before respondent No.2 – Assistant Commissioner under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, seeking cancellation of the Gift Deed dated 21.10.2020 and for
other reliefs. The said petition filed by the petitioner before respondent No.2 – Assistant Commissioner / Tribunal was allowed by respondent No.2 – Assistant Commissioner vide Order dated
