Judgment
Order (Order of the Court was made by Dr.Anita Sumanth J.) The short point on which this petition is filed assails the condition imposed relating to escort, under order dated 06.05.2026, whereunder 6 days emergency leave has been granted to the petitioner's husband Bharathi, S/o. Kumaresan, who is a convict lodged in Central Prison – I, Puzhal.
¶2Mr.Malarvannan, learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side), appears for the respondents and states that the report of the Probation Officer was in favor of the petitioner which is why, he was granted leave in the first place.
