When the matter was taken up, Ms. G. Pushpa, learned counsel on record for Civil Revision Petition (CRP) petitioners and Miscellaneous Case (MC) applicants submitted that the captioned CRP and captioned MC thereat have become infructuous as the impugned order has since been recalled by the Executing Court, saying so learned counsel made an endorsement in the case files and scanned reproduction of the endorsements are as follows:

Learned counsel sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned CRP and captioned MC.
