¶1List has been revised. No one appears to press this appeal.

¶2It appears from the record that the appeal was dismissed for want of prosecution on 26.10.2009 and was restored by an order of the Court dated 6.4.2015. On 29.9.2022, this Court had noted that one of the counsel for the petitioner had sent an illness slip. Accordingly, the case was directed to be listed peremptorily in the next cause list. On 13.10.2022, the appeal was dismissed for non-prosecution again. By the order of the Court dated 19.12.2022, the appeal was restored.

¶3Today, again no one has appeared to press this appeal which is listed for hearing along with the lower court record. This appeal is of the year 1977.
