¶1Office report dated 20.10.2023 indicates that service upon respondent no.4 has been received unserved with postal remarks that "दररिययाफ्त कयााቜ मयाललूम हहआ कक पयाककस्तयान गयाቜ हह, वयापस ककयया।".

¶2Even otherwise, since learned counsel for petitioner is not present today to press this writ petition even in revised call, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution with a cost of Rs. 1000/- to be paid in office of High Court Bar Association.

¶3Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
