¶4Sri Swapnil Kumar, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of sole respondent." According to office report dated 25.10.2023 NEC was issued to petitioner Nos.1/1 to 1/6, therefore service upon them could be considered to be sufficient as till today neither undelivered cover nor any appearance has been received. In these circumstances it appears that legal heirs of original petitioner are not interested to pursue this writ petition, therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution with cost of Rs.1000/- to be deposited in the office of High Court Bar Association, Allahabad.
