¶1Sri Shiv Sagar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. Sri R.C.Singh, learned Senior Counsel has appeared on behalf of contesting respondents.

¶2This Court has passed following order on 19.10.2023: "1. Sri Shiv Sagar Singh, learned counsel for petitioner is not present. Sri R.C. Singh, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri N.D.Shukla is present on behalf of contesting respondents.

¶2Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of contesting respondents submits that counter affidavit has been filed along with a stay vacation application and he pressed the stay vacation application.

¶3Since no rejoinder affidavit has been filed, therefore, prayer to vacate the interim order dated 16.2.2023 is considered and allowed.

¶4Interim order passed on 16.2.2023 is vacated.

¶5List after three weeks."

¶3This writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution with cost of Rs.1000/- to be deposited in cash by counsel for the petitioner in the office of High Court Bar Association, Allahabad.

¶4Interim order if any, stands vacated.
