As per office report dated 15.12.2023, the learned counsel for the applicant has not taken steps by supplying requisites in the office for service on the proposed legal representatives of the sole respondent. Even till the rising of the Court, no steps have been taken. As such, the aforesaid application is dismissed. The appeal, therefore, abates against the sole respondent and is, accordingly, dismissed.
