¶1As per the office report of 24.10.2017, notice was issued to the appellant Nos. 1 to 4/4 by registered post fixing 15.7.2015 and some of them have been returned with the report as under: "A2-left the address. A3/1, A3/2-left the address. A1, A4/1 to A4/4-nothing received back as yet."

¶2Therefore, notice on respondent Nos. A1 and A4/1 to A4/4 is deemed sufficient.

¶3No one appears to argue this appeal even in the revised round.

¶4It appears that the appellants have lost interest in the matter.
