¶2No one appears on behalf of the revisionists to press this revision even when the matter has been taken up in the revised list.

¶3Sri Ajay Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the State is present.

¶4The present criminal revision has been filed by the revisionists with the following prayers:- "It is, therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to allow this revision, call for the records of the case, set asise the ordersdated 11.9.2000 and 15-9-2000 passed by Shri Indra Bahadur Singh, Special Judge (E.C.) Act | Additional Sessions Judge, Varanasi in S.T. . 446 of 1994 (State -vs-Annop Kumar Baranwal and others and/or may pass such other and further order or orders which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case. It is, further prayed that further proceedings of the aforesaid may kindly be stated by this Hon'ble court during the pendency of the criminal revision in this Hon'ble court."

¶5The present revision was reported to be within limitation up to

14.12.2000 but the same was presented for filing on 10.1.2001 as reported by the Stamp Reporter. The revision is thus marked as defective revision. There is no application filed for condonation of delay in filing the revision. The revision has remained defective since last 22 years.

¶6In view of delay in filing of the present revision, no application for condonation of delay being filed for the same, let the matter be consigned to records.
