¶2No one appears on behalf of the revisionist even when the matter has been taken up in the revised list. Sri Ajay Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the State is present.
¶3It is pointed out that vide order dated 19.10.2023 bailable warrants were issued against the revisionist. Office vide its report dated 23.11.2023 has reported that C.J.M. Kanpur Dehat has reported that the revisionist has died on 12.08.2014. In support of it death certificate of the revisionist has been annexed with its report.
