¶1List revised. No one appears on behalf of the appellant to press this appeal. Sri Birendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the State is present.

¶2This appeal has been filed against the acquittal preferred by the complainant against the opposite party nos. 2 to 4.

¶3The opposite party no. 2 Kailash was reported to be alive and notice was issued to him. As per office report dated 30.10.2023 he is reported to be death. 4 As per report of C.J.M. concerned opposite party nos. 1, 3 and 4 have also been reported to be dead.
