¶1None is present on behalf of applicants to press the instant application. Sri Pankaj Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State is present.

¶2The instant application has been filed seeking quashing of charge sheet no.82/17 dated 16.12.2017 and the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.129 of 2018 (State Vs. Raj Kumar and others) arising out of Case Crime No.061 of 2017, under Sections 498-A, 323, 506, 354 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Baghpat, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baghpat.

¶3From perusal of record it appears that this matter was listed on

24.01.2019 and none was present on behalf of the applicants to press the instant application, even in the revised call, therefore, the matter was adjourned. However, again this matter was listed on

31.01.2019 and the matter was adjourned on behalf of learned counsel for the applicants.

¶4Today, also none is present on behalf of the applicants to press the instant application even in the revised call.
