A perusal of the order-sheet reflects that the case is being continuously adjourned for the last several occasions due to illness slip of the learned counsel for the appellant. As a matter of fact, on the last day of listing that is 9.9.2022, this Court had directed peremptory listing of the case in the next cause list.
