¶1Heard Mr. Vivek Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner-Union of India, Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh and Ms. Sarita Singh, learned counsel for the respondent.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed for the relief as below: "A. Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the order impugned dated 09.11.2022 passed in O.A. No. 330/00535/2016 by Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad. B. Issue any other writ order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case. C. Award the cost of the Petitioners."

¶3By a detailed order passed today, Writ-A No. 10505 of 2023 (Union of India & 2 Others vs. Heeral Lal & Another) has been dismissed.
